Setup Fee ($499):
Due to the nature of custom setup work, the $499 setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel your project before we’ve started, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a full refund.

Monthly Upkeep ($200/month):
You may cancel your monthly upkeep subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Lead Packages (One-Time or Monthly):
All lead packages are non-refundable once the lead generation process has started. If there is a delivery issue or concern about lead quality, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
